Kathmandu, Feb-24-2017 | Nepali Congress president Sher Bahadur Deuba has urged all not to doubt over holding local polls saying that the constitution amendment bill has already been forwarded in the parliament .
He further said that the elections are essential to implement the constitution.
Speaking at a meeting of party cadres in Jhapa today, President Deuba blamed the main opposition CPN (UML) of trying to create divisions between people of hills and Tarai.
He added that both hill and Tarai people are equal when it comes to nationalism as both are protecting the borders.
Similarly, NC leader Krishna Prasad Sitaula claimed that only his party can resolve the problems and challenges seen in the country.
Likewise, NC leader and Minister for General Administration Keshav Kumar Budhathoki has expressed commitment to hold the elections at any cost.
